Efficient, friendly and no fuss. A well oiled machine, especially helpful for me as this was my first ever Colonoscopy and I was honestly pretty terrified.

The staff were all warm, friendly caring.
They explained processes and procedures dearly and sincerely realized for delays which are inevitable at the end at a full day.

Everything was excellent and clearly explained, Beth vocally and by going out a pamphlet.
NHS is wonderful and we are very lovely to have clear to work after as. The staff is kind and caring and does the best the care.
